The Leader Prompt > NEW Workplace Burnout Assessment

NEW Workplace Burnout Assessment
for You and Your Teams

Over the past several weeks, we have been testing and validating a NEW Burnout Assessment to better understand the types and causes of Workplace Burnout. After several beta tests, I’m pleased to announce that we are RELEASING The Leader Prompt’s 4-Type Burnout Assessment for all LP subscribers and their teams.

Building off Maslach et al.’s original work, our research shows that there are 4 distinct dimensions (and therefore causes) to workplace burnout.

  1. Physical Burnout - Overworked/ Low Boundaries

  2. Mental Burnout - Lack of Meaning and Purpose in Role

  3. Attitude Burnout - Lack of Recognition

  4. Skills Burnout - Skill/Knowledge Deficit

In this VIDEO clip, I break down these 4 areas:

So, if you’re one of the 2 out of 3 Employees in the Workplace experiencing any of these Burnout Symptoms — Take the assessment to find out how many of the 4 Types you are MOST at risk.

And when you’re finished - send the link to your team. They’re worth it.

After you’ve taken the assessment, you’ll see how you score in each of the 4 categories. Pay attention to the categories registering “HIGH RISK.” Those areas need to be addressed — use the question guide (below) to help you and your team establish a BURNOUT RECOVERY ACTION PLAN.
